  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1-5 days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Snoots & Snouts have about the same delivery times.


  1. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns have a carbon footprint, which damage wildlife and the earth on a daily basis. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we will refund your money. What you should do with the product?
Donate it to a local charity, pet shelter, or recycle it!


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if the product hasn’t been shipped out to you yet. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. If the product has been send out, we can only refund 50%.. but you can enjoy the product for the full 100% when it arrives!


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us! Whether it is the wrong size, wrong color or defect we will fix your issue. Simply let us know, and we will get a new one to you as fast as possible! You don’t have to return the product back to us


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you don’t like your product please notify us. We will then look what we can do for your situation. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal, so we will keep looking with you until you’re happy!
